The track runs along up and down at the base of Mt. Altissimo, above the tunnels of the Eastern Gardesana road. You can enjoy unusual views over the rocky cliffs in an area dominated by holm-oaks and oaks. In proximity to Tempesta, the route intersects with a net of naturalistic tracks of modern construction, equipped with iron ladders clinging to the stones, in a wild surrounding populated by predatory birds such as kites and buzzards. Passing through the Busatte area, you reach Torbole where you board the ferry-boat to go back to Malcesine.

Form here we walk up to reach the top where we will be able to see the majestic view of the Baia delle Sirene and the ancient Villa of Conti Guarienti. Until Torri del Benaco the tour is called “tour of pilgrims” than is developed on a vehicle street that goes to north right next to the main street. From Torri it’s starts what is called mulattiera which was made to connect all the villages on the cost. From here there are many paths that once were streets used to get right through the Baldo Mountain. All the tows that we can visit today are from the medieval times such as Loncrino Crero and Pai di Sopra. Between a town and an other the path goes through olive threes and vineyards away from the traffic. In Loncrino, about 7.5 km. from where we start, for who’s tired there is the possibility to stop and walk down to the first bus stop and go back to Garda. The same you can do it in Crero, 11 km.. For who is in good shape the walk continues to Pai di sopra where there is a very good and characteristic restaurant waiting for you.
